General Policies
Most items are in stock. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery unless specified. However, if a product is out of stock or needs to be produced, we will contact you with information as to the delivery time needed to fill the order.
Shipping charges are as follows:
1. First pound charge is $8.50. Add $2.00 for each additional pound.
2. Add $2.00 if shipping to a residential area.
3. There may be additional charges for out of area deliveries.
4. Please provide street address for deliveries. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
5. Insurance will be added for all UPS orders above $100.00.
FedEx is also available upon special request.
Priority Mail is provided for APO, Hawaii and Alaska shipments.
International Priority Air Mail will be provided for out of the country shipments. Insurance will be added to these shipments

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $3.00 per item.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders will be cancelled if bank denies credit card and customer is unwilling to correspond or provide sufficient funds. We will advise if there is a problem with your credit card or shipping instructions.
Return Policies
Roadwagz policy:
1. No claims will be allowed or considered after one week (5 working days) from receipt of goods.
2. No merchandise accepted for credit or exchange unless authorized by RoadWagz/JMI and assigned a return authorizaton number.
3. Restocking charge of 10% for each returned item.
4. Customer is responsible for return freight.
5. Upon receipt of returned item we will credit the customer's account less the restocking charge and freight charges. *PLEASE NOTE: RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS WHEN SENT.*
